I’m very busy. Do I need to be home for the treatment?

You are not required to be at home during a treatment. Our treatments only take about twenty minutes but if you cannot be home, just set up a way for our technicians to access your home, and we can complete the treatments. If you are gone, our technician will leave a note about the service that was completed.

Is there anything I need to do to keep my pets safe?

We ask that pets be taken from the home during treatment and for four hours after the treatment is complete. This allows time for the pesticide to dry completely. Once it is dry, it is safe for your pets to return to your home.

Can you help with rodents?

Our technicians can help with rodents. We can set traps to catch them. We will check the traps every day or every other day. We can also help with the decontamination process. As the final part of our treatment plan, we will install exclusion barriers.

How long do I need to be home for an appointment?

The initial appointment takes about thirty minutes. Follow up appointments take about twenty minutes. However, if you have a larger home or property it may take longer. You do not need to be home for an appointment if you make arrangements for our technicians to access your property.

Can I get fire ants?

What steps do I need to take to get rid of bed bugs?

Before a bed bug treatment, you will need to prepare your home. This includes vacuuming and clearing your room of any clutter. You will also need to wash the bedding in hot water and dry it on high heat. You will receive a list of specific instructions when you make your appointment.

Do you offer monthly treatment options?
